Position Information:
The position of President of Beta Alpha Psi can only be held by a previous
BAP officer. A few of the President’s tasks are: organizing initiation each
semester, speaking at the Accounting Awards Banquet each spring and conducting
weekly officer meetings. In addition, the President organizes sponsorship
packets for the firms and schedules professional meetings for the coming year.
He/she also ensures that the Phi’s meet Gold Chapter and Superior Chapter status.
In short, the President is responsible for making sure that the Phi chapter
upholds its reputation as an outstanding professional organization.

Title: Vice President of Professional and Service Activities

Position Information:
The Vice President of Professional and Service Activities has a very important
job. Among their responsibilities are: promoting BAP and Business School
events like Career Receptions and Accounting Information Nights, organizing
service activities, organizing candidate projects, and putting together the
bowling and kickball tournaments.

Title: Vice President of Membership

Position Information:
The Vice President of Candidates and Membership has many duties. This is the
officer who sends out the weekly emails and brings sign-in sheets to each
meeting. In addition, they keep track of service and professional hours on
a weekly basis and are responsible for contacting members who are in
jeopardy of not meeting their requirements. They also coordinate Fly Phi
of the week/month. Finally, the VP of Membership coordinates Candidate Information Night.

Title: Vice President of Finance

Position Information:
The Vice President of Finance is absolutely essential because they are
responsible for organizing food and drinks for the weekly meetings! They
also keep track of the budget, pay the credit card bill, and reconcile bank
statements each month. They also make all deposits and have joint control
over the checkbook along with the president. The VP of Finance also keeps
track of all member dues and pays dues to the national organization each
semester. They also update the chapter’s financial statements each year.

Position Information:
The Vice President of Public Relation's role is indispensable as
far as maintaining Beta Alpha Psi's positive image throughout the
business college as well as with those with whom we may come in
contact. They are responsible for signing up each meeting's
speakers and ensuring that all of the firms we work with are
contacted in a timely manner and feel welcomed. Also, the Vice
President of Public Relations organizes all of Beta Alpha Psi's
promotional events as well as each year's bowling and kickball
tournaments.

Position Information:
The position of Vice President of Communciations is essential for
the ongoing external communications of Beta Alpha Psi. They not
only coordinate both the regional and national officer trips, but
also ensure that the dream of being Gold Chapter becomes a reality
for the Phi Chapter. Also important is the responsibility of
updating and maintaining the chapter website as well as the
reporting intranet with new officers, new members, actives,
calendar events, and yearly progress reports.
